Strawberry Yogurt Pie

Ever heard of a Yogurt Pie? Me either. The hub first introduced this pie to me when we got engaged about 6 years ago. He told me about it and I am sure I looked at him funny but it turned out to be a delicious and very easy-to-make pie. My husband is a cake guy and enjoys making different types of cakes. However, because it was Pi day on 3.14 (Get it? Pi/pie?) J decided to make this easy, peasy yogurt pie. I was supposed to also make my apple pie too but the kids saw his pie and forgot about me making one. So we agreed on just one pie at a time. Hope you got to enjoy some pie for Pi day too. If you are new to pie making, try this one out. It will take less than 7 minutes for you to make!

Recipe

You will need:

1 Graham Cracker Crust (make your own and this will take longer. We used store bought)

1-8 oz tub of Cool Whip

2-3 -6oz containers of yogurt (we used strawberry)

fresh fruit for inside of pie and decoration

Grab a bowl and mix yogurt and Cool Whip together.

Slice fruit and add to the mixture. Pour all ingredients into graham cracker pie crust. Top with fruit for decoration. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Bon Appetit!
